Funding Local Projects

We are committed to the philosophy of Localism (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Localism).

Part 5 of the Localism Act provides rights for charitable trusts and others to carry out services usually provided by councils. We interpret that as working hand-in-hand to support mental health services that create a burden to local authorities.

How do we do that and how do we give back? For every single fee and donation we receive, we set aside and lock in a proportion to be paid directly to local causes who require funding.

Areas we love to contribute to include, but are not limited to, support for those less well-off enabling them access to therapy, funding to ease the burden of homelessness, etc.

For those who prove they are on benefits, we offer a 50% discount to our fees. For those who are homeless, we provide free places. We will also consider all others who may be worthy of a subsidised place.

“Give a man a fish, he will eat for a day: teach him how to fish, he will eat for a lifetime…”
